How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size for safety gear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and inseam while wearing your usual base layers to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit for maximum protection.
What is your return policy for helmets and protective apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags and packaging. For safety reasons, helmets must be returned in their original box with the visor protective film intact.
Are your leather jackets treated for weather resistance?
Most of our premium leather jackets are pre-treated with a water-repellent coating. However, for long-term durability, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every 6 months to maintain suppleness and weather resistance.
How long does shipping take within the continental United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for riders who need their gear before the weekend.
Do you offer a warranty on armor and padding?
Yes, all CE-certified armor inserts come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
